Regional Talent Development coach Ric Jamieson and Go Ride coach Jo Shackleton came along to the last coaching session as Stover and passed on some top tips.

The schedule was expanded to provide a 2 hour coaching session with Ric advising on group riding followed by some Go Ride Racing

 

Despite the arctic weather Ric and Jo were impressed by the club turn out with 16 riders attending the coaching session and an additional 12  taking part in the races!
